im really not sure but 9.5 in the front sounds like it will definelty rub when turning and if its slammed your gunna have to either roll fender or do some camber work, i dont know about rear but sounds wide

it should work if you run a 225/35 245/35 you might be able to run a 235/35 245/35 on there.

It should fit with enough camber and stretched tires

If tires are stretched, there won't be any rubbing issues. I've ran a 20x9.5 +3, slammed, and with 225/35 tires and no rubbing.

What about the rears? Is 10.5 to wide? And is this with fenders rolled and pulled?

Fenders will need to be rolled, I'd recommend flat. The guys I've seen run 10.5's in the rear, I'm not sure if they have pulled their fenders, don't think they have. If you do need a pull, it's probably not much of one.
