"Third" Brake Light Out- The One up top inside Car..
Just got a 2004 Auto-Sedan with a rear wing which has the (led?) lights on the strip. However, I've noticed that the other "third" light, the one inside the car behind the rear windshield doesn't light up when I press on the brakes. Is this because I have the wing with lights? Can both these light up? I noticed the one inside looks like a LED light, so if it doesn't light up at all, it's probably unlikely that all the bulbs are out, correct? Is it therefore more likely a connection or diode issue?
Have searched the forum but can't find anything about this...
Thanks, I'm pretty much a noob!

If it came with the wing stock it should not light up and has been disconnected. Even if it was added later they most likely disconnected the 3rd interior light and connected the one on the wing. It would look goofy if both the wing and the 3rd brake light lit up.
yes. it will look goofy. If you want to, go ahead, no one can stop you. Open your trunk, and remove the trunk upper lining. You will see the third brake light connection wire.
