Knocking noise from rear of car when turning

Ive noticed a bad knocking noise from the rear of the car only when im turning. I have an 04 G35X with 52K miles ... any ideas anyone?

like a clunky kinda thing? make sure suspension is tight

Yes! It does sound clunky. Sorry in advance for the dumb question ... How do I make sure the suspension is tight?

check all the connecting bolts and make sure they are tight.
