Replaced dome lights with leds

And now if I leave the switch for the lights to come on with the door they stay on with a very light glow even witht he doors shut. If I move the switch to off then the glow goes away. Any ideas what is causing this?

A few of my LEDs stay dimly lit while its off.. but they go completely out eventually.. perhaps the charge needs to wear off or something?

My lights stay on after the door is closed and eventually fade off after about 30 seconds.
