so I'm in the process of upgrading to a g35. it's in the body shop ATM meanwhile I still have my 02 maxima and I got a pair of H&R lowering springs (front and rear) Since I want to sell my maxima there's no point of keeping these laying around (I still have not installed them) so I'm wondering if I can put these babies on my new puppy (03 sedan)?

No, and even if they did they are designed for a fwd car where most of the weight is over the front wheels. The G has close to a 50/50 weight distribution. The springs would not function properly. Sell them on ebay and get springs from a 350z.
