There's not such thing as a line of GTR cars. They have only ever made one GTR, and that's the current R35.

If you're referring to skylines, you're sadly misinformed.

I really like it.
The only thing I don't like about the back is the taillights. GTR must have circle tail lights. It is a requirement

Maybe if Nissan is true to form, it will be lighter and faster than the 2-door

R34,33,32 are generally known to the public as Skyline GTR's, correct?

You are correct in saying there isn't a "line" of GTR's, I guess it was poor choice of words.

^"Skylines" yes, "GTRs" or "Skyline GTRs" no.

No. It's known to the general American public as GT-Rs because like you, they don't know the difference between a Skyline and their GT models.

R31-R34 were Skylines, with many trim levels, the top two people know well are the GT-S and GT-R. With the G35 model, they renamed the chassis to V35 and obviously, the GTR is it's own car now.

This is like saying a Mustang GT and a Ford GT is the same.... there is not a line of gtr's there is a line or skylines and only 1 true "GTR"

For the R32 Skyline there was the GXi, GTE, GTS, GTS-25, GTS-t, GTS-4, Autech, GT-R, and several Nismo editions.
R33 had GTS, GTS25, GTS-4, GTS25T, GT-R, GT-R LM and NISMO 400R
R34 had some random GT models and quite a few different GT-R variations

Not really, it's more like saying the Mustang V6 and the Shelby Mustang GT500 are the same...
