the number of Sedan > Coupe?

I thought usually sedans are sold more than coupes.

I have a 2006 rx8 since I lost my 2003 G35 sedan by car accident.
It is a good car but I miss G35 so I am considering selling rx8 and get a G35.
Or trade.

But there aren't many sedans in marketplace. Most of them are coupes.
Does this mean G35 coupes were sold more than sedans?

No it just means that we (sedan owners) are far more satisfied with our cars that our 2 door breathren.

I have no idea what the actual sales numbers were, but I see a lot more 1st gen coupes on the road than I do sedans. When it comes to 2nd gen, I think the sedans far outnumber the coupes.

i think this is the correct statement.

Coupe owners are pretty much out there for FUN and FUN only. A sedan gives us that fun plus a HUGE practical side of things. This should account for the reasons why more coupes are sold on this board VS sedans.

When coupe owners have kids its going to be a reason why they need to sell. And sedan owners well most likely they will keep the sedan or downgrade to a cheaper car.

Warm states = more coupes and RWD sedans, COLD states = pretty much most of the AWD sedans.

but yes i see more 1st gen coupes and 2nd gen sedans around chicago.

Thread is improperly titled.
Should read simply "Sedan > Coupe"

Please correct. Thank you.

Maybe you should start an official "Coupe Haters" thread or "Ban all coupe owners petition" if you hate us so much. Last I checked, this forum is for all G owners.

I don't care who you get on me. I can hold my own. Anyone that knows me, knows that I'm a supporter of cars in general regardless of how many doors it has. What's wrong with that?

OCG35 as a verb... not a noun.

I told you, urban dictionary it...

Like I said, If you have a problem with coupes, maybe you should change your avatar. That R34 cartoon in your avatar is a coupe. Go pick on them in their forums for owning a coupe.
