Weird Today when I turned my car off and opened the door all the windows rolled down automatically. It only happens once the door is opened or if the 45 seconds your car stays powered for on shut off runs out. I have checked the fuses, unhooked the battery, reset the window motors and made sure the unlock button on my remote is not broken and doing it. Any suggestions. I am glad I was at home so I can park in the Garage tonight. Brining to dealer in morning. First problem I have had in 6 years and 98k on my G besides the normal brakes and rattles everyone else has.

 

Had that same issue, apparently common.

 

Had it at the dealership today cost 120 for initial diagnostic and then it was up to 385 to do more in depth electrical diganostic. It ended up being the drivers door lock cylinder, the part that makes your windows go up and down with the key in the door so it shorted out in the position to roll the windows down. It is gonna be 567 all together. I got lucky though I had the door skin replaced due to somebody hitting my door in a parking lot and the dealer said it was installed inproperly so it shorted out so body shop is paying for it.
