okay, so i got bored at work and did alot of searching. i have read that alot of people are scared to paint their headlights and alot of people that buys the ebay headlight and cant output HIDs. well i found both answers for you.

i dont know or heard much about these lights, but i know it will benefits the 2003 sisters! so you think about it, Black Housing and HID for this price. hard to pass by. lol

I think those head lights are from ebay. Installing HIDs isnt that hard. If you look at the pictures the HIDs aren't even installed yet. Therefore you would still have to install them.
