well ive been lucky enough to find someone to trade their wingless trunk for my winged. anyways i know i must have a third brake light. as of now, i have four ( two on each tail end, one on rear deck and one on wing. if i go wingless will that deck third light still work or would i need a different light or harness?

 

Did you add your wing? Because if you have one on your rear deck, then someone put a wing on the car at some point.

Anyway yes, if you find where the wing brake light is connected and unsplice it, the one on the deck should still work.

 

yea i just noticed where they ran the wires of the wing. so yea im assuming that it was added. now my thing is, the other person im trading with already has a 3rd light but how do i wire the wires for the wing to the other car bc mine was weird it seemed like it was connected to the cable running to the rev lights

You'll have to tap it in. No real oem way to do it because chances are the wing is aftermarket. Hqve to be custom tapped into the wiring harness.

hahahah i typically would but its a girl i randomly asked on the streets and she was sooooo hot!! id feel bad hahaha well yea its aftermarket but looks like an oem replica. led's n all. well do any of you fellas know if its tough to pull off the hinges on the trunk after you remove the bolts?
