It would have the flaps and holes on the bottom like the nismo so you can screw in, but it wont have the screws on the inside that stick out.
so it would be
4 self tapping at the edge of the bumper,
2 screws/ bolts underneath
and some 3m sticky....
Guys I need to know if anyone is actually down before I have them produce it. I will take one more week to find a new place,
But if I dont get people in I dont want to get stuck with order a few and having them laying in my house. In that case I will just mount my original and not make any copies...
That's good to know, so it can be mounted with screws on the bottom, and the top edge can either be molded onto the bumper or use 3M sticky. That's a good option.

Yea I'll try and track them down, they are somewhere with all my other spare parts.
Can I get a list together on who wants them, so I can start negotiations with the vendors I speak with please.

Here's an idea: how about making the rear lip with the 03/04 rear mud guard built-in, so no more searching for "that little pieces" for 05+ sedans? It actually just need an extension from where the rear lip meets the wheel well, then bolt on to the existing mounting points for the rear mud guards to secure the rear lip. I believe this could really help the 05+ sedans one step closer to complete the project.
