Well.. if someone local had a nismo lip laying around I would be more then happy to make a fiberglass copy. Although, I hate dealing with that stuff it's sticky like no tommarow.

Not to be negative or anything but the front has been out for a lil bit and i haven't seen to many ppl rock them. Maybe they selling and guys aren't posting a pic but it would be interesting to see the sales figure on the Hikkadori sedan products.

Even if someone makes the replica, im sure its gonna be over $300 bucks and i just don't see that many ppl paying that much for a replica lip, just my opinion though...

The reason is that it doesn't fit like Ray said. He was the first one to take the plunge and try it. I have it set. 300 dollars is a fair price for a lip that will FIT. there won't be any bs. And on top of that the 300 dollar price tag is half of what the original is. It's not that expensive.

300 bucks is a bit much for such a plastic/glass that wont come painted. better to give this part to ionic and he works on it, i think he sells for a very fair price.

 

i doubt he will sell it cheaper, or even want to get in to it when there are only 3-4 people that are serious about buying it. there is no money in it for them.

theres no money in it for me either way, im just trying to help out the community. the more people that committ I have more barganing power,

plus there are certain fixed costs up front before the lip is even made, such as the mold and stuff.

im sure if the guy knew they were going to be 50+ orders then the price would be like 200 a pip or less,

but thats the same reaso why no one has really made front bumpers for the sedan as there isnt any money in it unless you charge a arm and a leg.

you can get a vis front for around 250 bucks, which fits fine since it was massed.

but if you want a hikatta dori that **** is f'n over 500 bucks for the bumper and ducts. now thats crazy. but thats the costs since only a few bought it, and looks to be a low volume item

^ i think a lot of ppl will agree that $300 is a alot for a lip. I'm guessing shipping on it would be around $30 -$50 also. Lots of ppl want the rear lip and an replica oem front lip but when it comes down to paying their will only be a selected few that will pay.

like i said it will be cheaper the more people that buy it.

I dont care if anyone buys it or not, I was just trying to help out the community by at least making a legit fitting good quality replica that fits available if they wanted it.

if no one wants it, its okay I got my lip. actually better for me if no one wants it, I wont have to spend the time with the shop, test fitting, and making sure it works.....
