I have an 04 DG sedan and its nearly bone stock. I really like they way it'd look if I were to paint the headlights and grille black but I also really like the way it looks now. Im also considering painting my stock 17's black too. What should I do? What would you do? I'd like to hear your comments and suggestions.

I actually did debadge mine. Everything but mt Fuji on the trunk and black tint. Other than that my g is stock but I am looking for oem 18 sport rims.
To be honest...I like the car the way it is. Could use some painted headlights though.

I painted my 17s matte black for two reasons.
1) The finish on them was SHOT... looked horrible, flaked off the leading side of all the spokes... just yuck.
2) It was a stop-gap until I got the wheels I really wanted (the ones I have now)
Besides, I may end up buying an old Z31 or maybe a 240 sometime soon, and if so, matte black 17s would work better on that.
This being said though, I couldn't stand the lack of contrast between the wheel and tire, so I did a white pinstripe to break it up.
I guess it all really depends on the color of your car really.
One thing though... if you do it, you better do a really good job. I did mine with rattle cans, but I was really meticulous. Nobody that saw it thought is was rattle can paint, and when I told them, the usual response was "how'd you get it so even?"
The very last thing you want is for it to look cheaply done.
