On my G, when I set the A/C to floor or vent and floor, I can't feel any breeze coming out of the floor vents. On my Honda Accord, I feel so much breeze that it freezes my toes. Just wanted to check with other G owners if there is blockage or something is wrong with my HVAC system before my warranty expires.

I had taken it to a dealer once and they supposedly stuck a thermometer down in the vent and said it was working properly but with the hot summer weather, not sure if the floor mode is really working.

I experience the same. Not much coming from the floor vents.

 

I've never tried floor with ac on. Most every vehicle I have owned only blows ac out vent or defrost.

Edit. Just tried it. I get ice cold air full blast out of the floor vents with nothing out of defrost or vent. So my 06 will do it.

 

it works, just not ice cold. plus theres so much engine heat thats coming from there, u only feel a little bit.

 

Mine gets pretty cold... but I normally have it split floor/def because I don't like air blowing directly on me.

 

mine blows cold out the bottom but in this car, auto cools me off the fastest

 

i never use the ac.....

I think this causes part of it. I don't like the split function because it seems to split too much of the bias towards the feet. I found the cure though, just drive faster to your destination.

 

Thanks for testing it on your vehicles and giving me feedback. I'll try the floor mode only in the morning to see if that helps any and if not, back to the dealer I go.
