Don't know **** about frozen rotors.
What have people been saying about these? I had good luck with them on my F-150, but wasn't sure how they would translate to a G35.

Wannabe, I recently replaced mine using Stoptech slotted rotors and Akebono brake pads. You can go with any rotor set (they're all highly similar), but I highly recommend the Akebono pads for price and low dusting. I think they were under $100 for all four corners and are super quiet. I've had them for about 5k miles now.

I couldn't find the couple of comments I read on here about them but here are a couple of threads non-G talking about them. I'm tempted to check them out when my Hawks wear out.

EBC Red Stuff

Turned my rotors, slapped on a front and rear set of these pads, and wham 2 weeks later rotor shudder. I do not drive hard. I followed the break in instructions to a T. I will never buy them again I will go with a mid range ceramic this week. I am also buying the Hawk Quiet Slot. Anyone have a set of these Hawk Quiet Slots on their car? I know i'm trying to revive a dead thread, but any help would be appreciated.

Using Hawk Ceramics.

I have had the frozen rotors and hawk pads on my 04 X from 40k and now have about 110k and they are still stopping with no warping and pads are still good
