rubbin wheel well

how do you guys that are slammed avoid rubbing the inside of the wheel wells. im talking about the back tires specifically. im running 275/30/20 20x10 +35 dropped on 350z s-techs and it rubs bad. if i make a turn it rubs. if i punch it it rubs if i hit a bump it rubs. its not the fender lip itself i have clearance there since i cut them. but on the top of the tire its hitting the actual wheel well.

+1, either put a 255 on there, pull your fenders a bit or add more camber.

i have 255s on the way. will a narrower tire help that though? cuz like i said its not rubbing on the part that people normally roll. its the part that like the tread would hit right above the tire.

g35snoop. i have just a little more clearance than you it looks like. kinda hard to tell from pictures but this is mine

how long have you had them on your car with the stock struts i always went over a bridge back and forth to and from work and in 4000 miles i blew rear shocks out bad ... i look live a civic bouncing around with cut springs ... lolol ... i cant wait for my BC coils to come in .... if i were you i would have a set of or try and find a set of 350z shocks/struts or up grading to some blues

Like everyone said, i think your rear is soft. Im on 255s but on coils and i dont rub. My dampening is set to stiff and im only at -1.9 camber in the rear

do you guys think its worth getting these 350z replacement shocks. its 80 for both rears. these will just be temp. but im not sure if they are going to be strong enough to make it so im not rubbing hella bad

well if you don't need them then don't use unnecessary money on them ... you can use your rear shocks without a problem but if they blow they blow .. when you drive over bumps and stuff how does it feel in the back is it all over the place , loose , bouncy ... what do you plan of going soon coils ????? if your going to wait a few months then i would recommend getting z shocks to help out a little bit in the mean time to you figure out what your going to do ...

Yea I will be getting coils. It's just going to be a while. I'm pretty sure the rears are blown right now. It feels like my rear end is going to jump off the ground when I hit a bump
