There is. It's from VIS and from what I've heard, the fitment is way off and the quality of the finish is sub-par. But that's what we've come to expect from VIS. Kids will buy cheap crap from them because it's cheap, so there's obviously a market for it, and it's a market they fill pretty well.

First things first, the tooling for a poly bumper is a staggering amount of money. It's not as easy as making a mold from plaster, then lining and layering F/G, and leaving it to cure. Making a proper tool for a poly bumper is quite time consuming, especially if you want consistent quality across an entire production run.

This is why I'm trying to find a full kit in good condition, if not NEW condition so I can scan it and at least have the 3D files for the construction of the tooling molds. If I can get the scan and get on a good plan for payment of the tooling, then I'd like to make 72 full kits and 142 front bumper skins.

Even those number are small potatoes for a manufacturer and it would be a VERY hard sell to get a manufacturer to do, especially at a price where it'd be affordable to the consumer and worth my time to do it. But if I could do it, break even, and have two full kits at my disposal, then it's worth considering.

I do have leads on 2 plastic forming companies in Cincinnati that are feeling the strain and are desperate for work. The question is "can I unload all of those kits and front bumpers in a year?"

You could've.........in 2005.

Now a days, the people that want them already have them. And witht he amount of kids joining the forum, no one wants to pay for it either.

Yup. That's exactly what I'm getting at. I'm sure I could start a thread that's titled POLY NISMO REPS FOR $450, and I'll get a lot of views. It's a shame that people that are inheriting these cars can't pay for things with internet bux.

1. Pretty sure you don't daily your car. (everyday is daily not once a day here to there)
2. You live in California(this should really be number one)

Canadian Daily driving (or any northern part of america) SUCKS for driving with a glass front.

What's the K2 look like? I'm searching all of ARCH Industries's threads and haven't seen the sedan, only the coupe.

K2 is made by strafe and it's the kenstyle front for the coupe but it doesn't have the middle bar or the foglights.
