Hey Guys.. I received a recall notice today from Infiniti on all 2003-2004 G35's having to do with the seat mounted air bags. Apparently there is an issue with the connector for this air bag that may trigger an Air Bag warning light and cause the air bag to NOT deploy in the event of a collision.

They said they will inspect this air bag connector, relocate and secure this connector, free of charge, regardless of whether the warning lamp is on or not. It will take about an hour to perform this service, but to call and schedule with your Service Rep.

They suggest to have this service preformed ASAP.. for obvious safety reasons. Also, if you already had this work done at cost, they will reimburse you.

So if you have a 2003-2004 G35... keep your eyes open for this notification in your maibox!
