BEFORE YOU GUYS GO APPPE SHITT..
Okay when these parts were available sometimes parts departments at dealers would stock them or customers would cancel etc.. Regardless there are plenty of NISMO parts still in stock and the dealers completely unaware of them.
I didn't think people still wanted them.. If you're interested shoot me a Private Message. I know there are still sideskirts (new) available.. Probably mostly in weird colors but I'll try to find one for you.. and Yes there are a few NISMO bumpers out there as well..
NISMO Rear Lips.. sorry I think I have the last one in the USA =\ I just picked it up today actually part number H5920-AM574... it's a funny green color and is actually going to a customer who asked me to look it up for him lol..

Some of these parts have been located (that's what I've been trying to do since I've joined the forum) and some are just non-existent. Infiniti can compare stocked dealer parts to parts sold (or unsold) and can determine whether there's a chance the part may still be around (possibly in the overstock warehouse), then place a call to said dealership to have them check inventory. Some were sold and not accounted for properly, some went to the warehouse and there they sit.
So far, I have found only (1) one front bumper. It is Ivory Pearl and has cosmetic damage. Think the dealer is in Arizona and they still want cost plus shipping for it.
There are still approximately 35 to 40 rear lips available (no you don't have the last one, sorry).
And, I happen to know where several sets of skirts are located (mostly Garnet Fire, Twilight Blue and some mismatched), but that's a secret...

Granted, since Strafe and Ionic have stepped up and replicated some of these saught after pieces (in POLY and IonicFlex), their replicas are a great alternative to the authentic (price-wise) yet still offer the authentic appearance, without the customer having to pay an "authentic" price.
However, the VIS Techno R (fiberglass replica) is a VERY good alternative (with an even cheaper price point) in authentic appearance and fitment. The ONLY PROBLEM is that the VIS rear lip (unless this has been recently addressed) is formed off the JDM "Shorty" rear bumper and is about 1 1/2" to 2" to short on the sides. It will not fit the USDM rear bumper without heavy modification.
Food for thought.
EDIT: Almost forgot... I also found (2) JDM Nismo Aero front bumpers (NIB) through the same parts rep. These are the ones that are primer coated (not color matched ANY USDM color), but are still around $1500 plus shipping...

From what I understand (and this is coming from an Infiniti Parts Rep), dealerships had either special ordered parts for customers (and they didn't pick up), ordered parts for stock (thought they could move them), or Infiniti had auto shipped parts to dealers based on forcasted sales demographics. These unsold parts would sit on the dealership's shelves for a certain amount of time and then would be sent to an overstock warehouse and removed from the dealer's inventory.

We fixed the 03-04 nismo rear lip so it fits the usdm rear bumper & we are almost done getting the 05-06 rear lip made for the sedans as well. All the other stuff you mentioned your 100% correct on. Lol i remember our phone convo about the oem stuff.

LOL! This thread is funny. I have a master list of all parts that are available for the sedan at certain dealers that don't know what they have, but are willing to sit on the parts as dead inventory for them. The 2 primed bumpers that were mentioned were sold over a year ago by me and Tony. Those are still available in JAPAN, but the pricing is super crazy compared to the knock offs that are out on the market today.
With the reps that are available from CBK, Ionic and Strafe, and the authentic sides that can be had for cheap, there is no reason for you not to do a complete Nismo kit.
