Debadging my 06 Sedan

I've seen some people debadge their trunk and they had 2 holes for where the emblem is. Will this be the same for my 06 sedan?

^I'm sure they would paint the whole trunk so it'll blend better. Don't know how much it would cost though since I had kept mine on.

If I'm going to get it painted might as well get the whole car repainted since everything is starting to look kinda old and worn.(If you shine a light on my hood at night it looks like granite from all the rock chips!!!)
how much would a full paint job cost roughly?
