^Nope. Though from what I understand, cloth interior is more common outside the US.

But there are a few USDM spec G35 Sedans with cloth interior.
As far as I know, they're only 03's though.

 

^ I've seen them for sale before, I believe they still pop up in the market once in a while. Some even without moon roof.

For 2003:

Red struts sports rims = sports package, and your center console should be silver

Reclining rear seats dual zone climate control Bose audio = premium package, you should also have auto dimming rear view mirror with HomeLink buttons. btw check if you have HIDs

Rear wing = Redbull in your engine.... j/k, could be part of the aero package, check if you have under body diffuser (do a search)

Heated seats = cold weather package, check if your side mirrors are heated too

 

^ Yep. Moonroof is an option. OCG35 doesn't have one, but he does have leather seats (several other options, can't remember what all)

BTW, Bose doesn't automatically mean you have the Premium pkg. I have Bose, but not premium for sure

I believe the rear wing could be ordered by itself, without the Areo or Sport pkg.

I have an 05 6mt w/out moonroof, it has the aero but no spoiler. So the spoiler can be separate from aero or sport.

 

Hmm, I have heated seats, but not mirrors. Gypped!

 

I guess many features can be ordered without having the entire package. The dealership should be able to find out what features/packages were installed from factory for each of our car, or the original window sticker should list them too. Thanks for the corrections.
