I decided im going to go with the Work T1S Burning black face should I get the 19's or 20's?

20's if you want cheaper tires.

19's for performance and ride quality.

What about for fitment to? I dont want to have a bunch of rubbing issues

Rubbing depends on tire size, ride height and wheel offset.
