Cool Exhaust Question for my 04 Sedan

Hi everyone

I just got my 2004 Sedan AT Last week and am looking to do some Mods over the next few months.

I have already ordered the Z-Tube, K&N Filter, 5/16 Plenum Spacer and the black side markers.
I plan on getting the 350Z front springs and the 05 Coupe rear springs.

Im looking for deeper sound and was thinking about the coupe mid pipe, 350z Ypipe and the HFC Muffler but I know a guy that would give me his complete exhaust from an 2005 G35 Sedan which brings me to my question.

Is the exhaust off 2005 Sedan different than the one on 2004 Sedan.
Would this be smart thing to do or should I just go with coupe mid pipe, 350z Ypipe and the HFC Muffler.

New to G35 and love it.

I think you mean HKS muffler, in which case that is a sweet setup. Just be sure to get the 07/08 Z y-pipe from the HR engine, it's the least restrictive, though the Y off, say, a G37 is still a good piece. Even the coupe mid alone with the stock 04 muffler sounds pretty nice.

The 05 midpipe is a bit less restrictive and smaller/lighter than your 04, but the muffler itself is bigger and quieter.

Talking Cant wait to hear that sound :)

Thanks for the reply
Im looking forward to getting it all done together (Z-Tube, K&N Filter, 5/16 Plenum Spacer, and the exhaust setup mentioned above).

Than ill work on the looks little by little

I have heard that these sedans are nice but you dont realize how nice they are until you drive one

Question Should I buy original parts or other

Should I get the original parts or can I buy different ones I see on the internet made by different companies?

Thanks again ,
