So I guess the gap isn't that bad do you gusy recommend ordering cheap lights off of ebay?? I just wanted to attempt installation of demon eyes but I don't want to ruin my OEM ones. I found some really cheap ones like 210 for both.... Should I give those a shot? its blacked out JDM ones

^Gonna look like crap. People that know a little bit about cars are going to see the gaps and think you got in a front-end collision and had a botched repair.

I just realized something is the diameter inside the 03-04 headlights the same as the 05-06 ones?? I remembered I bought halo oracles for the 05 headlights because i thought I was going to put them on my 2005 one but changed my mind.... Is there a way to make them fit into the 03 ones?

^They're not the same.
Actually, they're not even the same design.

They're sloped on the 05/06 and straight on the 03/04

^Nobody makes aftermarket headlights for the 05/06

You have only two options:

1 - DIY
2 - Get ready to shell out $700-1000 for someone else to mod 05/06 lights for you.

In all honesty I had to tweek the **** out of my 03/04 headlight after I did my projectors and they still don't fit as nice as OEM.

If you actually can live with the gaps that using 03/04 lights in an 05/06 then you could build you whole car out of old civic parts and probably be happy.

03/04 ebay headlights are NOT and option for 05/06 sedans.

Good to know that they will fit in a pinch. I've done one projector retrofit on my '05 and the next one will be more complicated/time consuming and I can't be without the car for more than a couple of days.

Yes, old thread, I just wanted to say THANK YOU for actually posting pics that clearly show the shape difference on the headlamps. I knew the 03/04 hood has the raised center, but wasnt sure if that was the ONLY difference. The 05+ smooth hood looks better, and now I know if I slap the 05 front cover on my car, I can make it work until I source a hood and set of headlamps to mod.

Wait until you see 05 lights in 03 G lolz I had no idea they were different until the ones I got off ebay came in. To start off, the inside was broken, so the guy refunded me half (I was about $90 in). I was like, okay, I'll just bake the lights and swap the lenses. Baked them up and started putting the "new" lens on. Thru trials and tribulations (I knew something was not right, but perseverance) I rigged that bee up. RTVed around the housing and slapped it on. Shut the hood down and omfg - those gaps! The one below and to the right side is bearable, but not the one next to the hood... I might snap a pic of that abomination and post up for loolz. Going back on ebay for a clear 03/04 one now. Anyone needs extra xenon ballasts? haha

Oh man I'm sorry. That looks terrible but I can't remember if it's a normal look for the set up or worse than normal.
