Headlight issue

I have an 05 Sedan and the passenger side headlight flickers while driving. It doesn't do this all the time but when it does it is very annoying. I took it to the dealer and they replaced the ballast under warranty but that seemed to have zero effect on the issue. They can't seem to figure it out. I took the tech on a test drive and I got the light to flicker in front of him so they have seen it first hand. But since there is nothing that looks broke they are basically just telling me 'sorry.' I've checked all the wires and grounds and there is nothing lose there. Anyone have any thoughts?

Swap the bulbs to the opposite sides. If the flicker follows the bulbs, then replace the bulbs.

My oem pass light did the same thing. I replaced the bulbs with 6k aftermarket bulbs and it stopped...so for me it was the bulb.

Surprised the dealer didn't try that first.

^Why are you surprised? Delears are by-and-large lazy and dumb.

My Grandmother took her car into the dealer because it had a cracked fog light (wish she would have just told me, I would have saved here a lot of money, but whatever)

Pointed out the huge crack on the passenger side foglight...

...they replaced the driver's side

I have a similar issue but my bulb will completely go out. What I found is my igniter will wiggle just enough until it is loose enough to not turn the bulb on. My solution was to tape a bunch of packing peanuts to the backside of the cover for the bulb so they press the igniter hard enough to keep it from wiggling loose.
