Loud clank/bang metal sound when in reverse

Today I parked when I went to an appointment, didn't notice anything the whole drive to my appointment. Then when I went to leave, I reversed or tried to reverse out fo teh parking spot, and after like 2-3ft a few loud calnk/bang sound came from the front driver wheel and it locked up and I couldn't reverse anymore. I pulled forward no issue...reversed again same thing...finally after a bit of back and forth and making progress I was able to get enough clearance to pull out.
Now while driving on the road feels like soemthign is lose or broken on the front wheel/suspension...sounds terrible and thinking it's not safe. when I looked around the wheel I didn't see anything.

Any ideas??? Major??? Safe to drive to a shop?

Since it's just one bolt I would get it from the dealer. No point in wasting time trying to find something that fits.

Did it do any damage to your rotor?

Nope no damage....lucky...basically when reversing the caliper would go up because of reverse motion and would get wedged I guess inside rim. can't believe the bolt is gone...unreal

Going to call teh dealer now.
