holy ****, a 20 and a 25 series????? Go with a 35 front and 30 rear and you should be just fine. Bags may be a great idea as well, slam it when parked and raise for the drive

ahaha funny guy

google earth el paso texas and look at the roads
Looks bad....but try checking out Downtown LA, like the fashion district area. Plenty of roads like that in LA. Some pretty bad freeways too. One of them, Dre should know, the 134W going to the 5S, just as your getting through the last part of the curve, there is a good 3-4" drop. I took it at 30 mph yesterday and my front end just smashed to the ground...and to think, I kept on taking that at 60 mph lol.

Dude, sick ride. Always loved that car.

Just an FYI though...the sidewall is an aspect ratio of the width of the tire. In the current setup, the rears actually have a taller sidewall than the fronts.

Here's the math:

Fronts:

245*.30=73.5mm sidewall

Total wheel rotating diameter = 25.78 Inches

Rears:

295*.25=73.75mm sidewall

Total wheel rotating diameter = 25.8 Inches

That setup is almost dead-on front and rear.

Correct, just because its a 25 series tire doesn't mean its too thin, you have to consider how wide the tire is as well and look at the overall diameter.

You might be fawked if the wheels are too wide. The only way would be to oversize the dia a bit with a 25 series? Other option would be to go to a thinner tire but I'm sure the rears are on their limit already. Or get a diff wheel/tire set up

^Yeah could run a wider tire on the 25 series, but he would have to add some negative camber so it doesn't rub. Fenders are already pulled. May have to raise it a tad too.

if it aint broke, dont fix it!

If you're so adament on getting more sidewall (which you really wont, since you'd have to downsize the wideth, and in return stretch more)

I'd do 275.30.20 and 245.35.20 with a good stretchable set of tires. Otherwise, keep it the way it is bro, and just raise the car a lil bit. There isn't much you can do to a 20x11 rear.

The sizes I have are perfect front and rear....you cant add or subtract sidewalls without throwing off your speedo significantly, or throwing off your VDC.

and if you end up stretching more....it will look ugly because I have a lot of clearance left for even wider tires!
