I find headlights really confusing, is it possible to get 4500K H4 bulbs, if so who makes them and what model are they?

I have the factory Xenon HID lights, so that complicates everything, my "top bulb" has a really nice white light but my "bottom lights" (High beams/fog lights) have a yellowish tinge to them, I dont want to have to get a conversion kit lol I just want plug and play headlights that will last a decent amount of time and have a similar colour to my low beams

^I don't know much about the factory HIDs. Sorry.

DDM Tuning makes some really nice kits for converting halogen bulbs.

Yeah, its never really clear when the bulbs I want are compatible with what I have, it sucks that infiniti made it an option instead of standard, because most cars dont have them, so most kits are incompatible.

Thanks for the link, Ill check it out

You shouldnt have to get a conversion kit. For the coupe the bulbs are D2S and i didn't need a conversion kit and im pretty sure the bulbs are the same for the sedan. I got the 8k's and i LOVE them, btw :-)

I say go with professionally color matched IP for the headlights
paint OEM grill IP and keep the emblem chrome
it would be really original on ur sedan.
also get a nismo replica front bumper.
that in itself will transform your car

Yeah that was just a secondary thought, but then I realized it would look awful so I edited it lol. Is it possible to get a clear lens for it?

^Most people cut one out of a florescent light cover.
PM 4DGS, he used to have some all pre-cut and ready to go.

Smile

So for the lights, I was thinking I would dremel out the amber lens, get the flourescent light cover as you mentioned, aplly VHT Nite shades to the inside of that, and get an amber bulb. I also want to replace all the interior lights with white ones, as well as fit new Red LED tubes to the front footwells. Can you correct me if this list of lights to replace is wrong to replace all the standard lights in the 2003 G35 Sedan with white ones?

Need 2* 168 bulbs for headlights
Need 2* 168 bulbs for sidemarkers
Need 2* DE3175 bulbs for front map lights
Need 2* DE3175 bulbs for rear door lights (The lights on the roof that turn on when the door is opened)
Need 2* DE3175 bulbs for front door step lights (I believe there are no lights on the rear doors - correct me if I am wrong)
Need 2* 168 bulbs for lisence plate
Need 1* 168 bulb for trunk light

I have attached a picture of the lights I intend to buy, will the light I have chosen for the trunk fit in the socket? Never taken a look there.

This is the light I have chosen for the trunk.

Does anyone know the bulb that is used in the Glove box + User manual compartment? I might as well get at them while Im at it.

thanks for any info anyone can give me

Can you tell me if your sedan has step lights mounted on the rear doors (not the ones on the roof)

That would be helpful cause I would know if I need to order 2 more lights

I would do it myself....but Im at school and my car is at home
