The post I dont want to make

So let me start off by saying that I have been researching, reading up and trying to find an answer, but i've failed.
05 sedan pretty much stock (z-tube, Md spacer and um thats it).
I am stuck between two options and im looking for guidance.
A) uprev tuning for my set-up. I have a buddy with an STI that wants his car tuned so maybe spend an afternoon getting the cars tuned.
B) HFC's. Berk seems to be a great company along as FI.

If I go with the uprev that would be the end to my performance tuning. Originally I was in the market for a vortec SC but seeing how this car will be going to my daughter eventually I want to stay simple.(she does not need 400whp, trust me)
Is it worth the money to have to car tuned? Are there any gains to be seen over the stock tune?

If I go with the HFC will there be any worthwile gain seen given my set-up? I dont plan to ever change the exhaust (cat-back, axle back, or headers) so would HFC's benifit me at all?
I am ok with a little louder exhaust note, but performance is my main objective.
Is there something I missed that I could do alternativly?
I am looking for a little bump so ideas and recomendations are welcome.
My focus has been heading towards suspension/brakes so im open to ideas.
Seems Nissan did their R&D to extract the simple hp.

Thanks

3.6hp for which? If you tell me 3.7hp for the other im all over it.

JK. My main question I guess is if these two are a waste of money.
Vehicles of my past are different than my current car.

I'd put more bolt on's and then get a tune. No point of getting a tune with the mods you have on now.

Thanks for the input.
I agree for the most part, but im just checking to see if either of these mods are worth the money. I just want to keep it simple given the circumstances.

I understand but the tune won't help much with what you have. However, if you were to mod it a little more, the tune can give you a good 15-20 whp with every bolt on. It's just something to consider.

Cool, thats what I needed to know. I figured a tune was pointless, but I wanted others oppinions.
HFC's im in the same boat, but just confirming.

If I'm correct, the general rule of thumb is to get the tune after all the performance mods have been put on the car. Basically the final nail in the coffin to squeeze every last bit of everything so that they all work together. No point in getting a tune if you end up getting HFC's or something later on

That is correct. I just had a bit of cash to spend and was looking for some insight. Both Mods seem to be beneficial to others (obviously with more mods done). I was was just seeing if there is any benefit vs $ spent given my circumstances
Thanks.
