Hey guys just a quick questions, i recently took out my coolant overflow tank to paint it black. It was maybe 1/4 full of coolant, give or take. I empties it now i put it basck in, quastion is:

Do i need to put coolant back into the overflow tank? I know it sounds like a dub questions but i have people telling me yes and some people telling me no.
