Thanks for the link. I searched on ebay for metal fastener clips, bolts, etc, but could not find them. I just need 1 bolt and 2 of the extruded U nuts, but since the holes are torn, not sure if they will stay in place.

Stopped by the local Nissan dealer, and they were nice to give me two bolts and u nut clips for free. Very pleasantly surprised. People were lot friendlier than the pompous people at the Infiniti dealership.

You get what you pay for. The quality and build of the RareJDM piece is absolutely top notch. You won't have to worry about a busted oil pan or it falling of from scraping. A cheaper one may work out for you though if you aren't lowered much.

I think it'll clear your jdm one because it looks like it has a bigger space. Not so sure about my aluminum oem-like shroud.

Agreed, someone posted that it didn't fit with the Toothbill under panel and they were waiting for me to confirm if it fit with the RareJDM one. I expect that it will fit.
