Hey guys im totally new to this..so please bare with me.

My cousin has motegi dp12 18" x 7.5 rims laying in his garage, and I was curious if they would fit my 04 g35 sedan. He used to have them on his Honda accord, and he said he would sale them to me for $200 dollars. I figured I might as well save $1200 and buy them from him.

Also...what are your opinions on motegi wheels?

 

The bolt pattern is right, but Hondas generally have really high offsets, so if you go that route, you're likely to need large spacers just to keep them from looking sunk and ugly.
The fact that they're only 7.5in wide doesn't help much.

I would pass on the wheels. Let him Sell them to someone else and get some of his money back. IMO unless you are running OEM wheels 7.5" limits you on tire sizes.

 

I agree, you should pass on those wheels. You don't wanna be the king of herrasunk....

The 7.5" wide wheel is only half an inch wider than the OEM sedan wheels, at least the '06 17x7s anyway. When purchasing wheels, most generally go wider.
