is300 trunk spoiler fitment advice needed

Hello,

I picked up an is300 rear lip spoiler seeing that it is used by members here on the site, and i like the look.

Soo the problem is i test fit the lip and it seems as if the spoiler is flat and the trunk of my 2003 sedan is curved ??

its a lightweight (plastic???) lip and the is a gap of 1/2inch on each side.

is there any way to make it fit.....
anyone else had this issue..?

The Is300 spoiler is used by members on this site?

I never heard of that before. The m3 lip yes. Not IS300

^ There's some old school sedan guys that did the IS300 lip. Look up Jmonsale I believe before he went molded & several others that I've forgotten.

Just pulled up a quick search and there's threads about the spoilers on sedans.

OP you should try to contact those members or else search through their old threads for help.
