Question couple of questions...

Can I put turbo in my automatic 2003.5 sedan?

Is it legal to have turbo in California?

Are there any carb legal(california) turbo kits?

Hows vortech?
This is what i got from the site:

"Increase your G35's horsepower from 280 to 404 and torque from 270 lb./ft. to 350 lb./ft. On "Rev-up" models, increase your horsepower from 300 to 440 and torque from 260 lb./ft. to 352 lb./ft.*"

Is this true? ^^^

^Yes

You have a lot of research to do before deciding/going FI. Most if not all of your questions can been answered in here: https://g35driver.com/forums/forced-induction-24/.

What is your budget for this?

^California does have some really stupid rules about that.

But to answer your question, the MAF sensor is calibrated to a certain specific intake tube diameter. If you use an intake with a different diameter, it will falsify the value of the MAF and could cause the car to run more rich or lean.

then do you think this could be giving my car problems?? my car is acting up lately, it shuts down by itself and when i try to start it, it takes kind of a long time to crank up and when it starts it has vdc off, service engine soon, and slip light on... when im taking speed bumps it accelerates by itself or when im going real slow, the tranny does not rev match and the car is sort of like vtec after around 4k rpms it runs at full power... somehow if i dont use it in around 12 hours when i turn it on it works fine but with service engine light on, and after using it for a while it starts acting up again, it shuts down and does the same thing, i havent done anything to the car, i dont know what the hell is going on :/

btw i did not specify, i have a stillen z tube with a maxima filter, almost the same as a pop charger, thats why i asked if that could be giving me problems since you explained it could be running ritcher or leaner, even though ive had this set up for many months now..

Um.... that sounds a little worse than just an intake problem

Easy way to check would be to simply reinstall your OEM intake
