^How is that "thankfully not replace"

If I had to shell out $3G's I would want a new transmission!

Well, it took me 3 places before anyone would even touch the Infiniti. I'm 60 miles to the nearest dealer, and haven't had any good experience with them.

The transmission place told me a new transmission from Infiniti is $5G's not including labor and it's billable to 20+ hours.

So, thankfully I only paid about 14 hours labor and about $2G's for parts.

I could be a sucker, but from *what they told me* I'm lucky =)

my 03 coupes @ 130k running strong! (having to commute for now racking up at 700 a week just to and from - thats start to stop w/ no other miles considered) but she gets the premo gas, lucas fuel/oil additive - mobil 1 synthetic. lover every minute i get to drive it - just wish the miles would tick the other way! only prob in this thing was the 6 disc acted up and the driver seat messed up - fixed the radio, the seats maybe get fixed in the next day or so!

My 6 stacker's stuck, how did you fix yours? The only quotes I've had are from guys that just want to sell me a new one. There must be an easier (and cheaper?) way

No noises yet. My 04 has only done 48,000 but tranny fluid is just starting to change colour. Not good.
