I took my car in for the 15K Fleecing sevice. In addition I had them fix a couple of rattles under warranty. I start to drive away from the dealership and I hear a huge amount of scraping at about 35. I slow down and it goes away. I speed up and it starts again. I'm like WTF and pull over. I find out that the fine Technicians neglected to install all of the bolts in the front of the aero engine cover. The cover was folding in half and dragging on the ground. I get it back to the dealership but everyone had gone home so I had to leave my baby for another night. I am really torqued as not only did I get hosed on an overpriced 15K service but I also recieved substandard service.

 

Welcome to typical dealer service. On another car of mine I had an oil change done and they forgot to put the oil cap back on.

At least you got some rattles fixed, everytime I try to get my dealer to fix rattles they say they couldn't hear them. I'm like WTF, it's so obvious.
