I'm replacing my tires and wanted to know which of these would fit on my stock 17s?

Wheels are the same size/same offset front and rear.
Also the stock size is indeed a 215. (and yes, ewww)

Does 215 mean 215 MM wide?

Then what about 50? 50MM height?

the sport 17's are staggered the regular 6spoke 17's are 215 f/r

I think it's like 50% of 215mm or somthing like that i forget the exact combo, 1010tires.com can help you out with all ur tire issues go have fun.

I have 235/50/17 on my 2004 G35x with the OEM 17's... slightly lower profile, stiffer sidewall, (50 vs 55) and a wider footprint on the road (235 vs 215 20mm increase)... i have Conti ExtremeContact DWS All-Seasons.. rides on rails, wet and dry!! very nice!! overall tire diameter is the same, so no change in speedo reading.
