Wheel spacers question

Really thinking about buying wheel spacers for my G. Currently dropped on Bc coils (awd) with OEM Rays with 245/40 all around. Wondering if I should get 5mm or 10mm in order to have a nice poke.
I'm sure I would have to get my rear fenders roll, but don't think I would have to touch my fronts.

Guys with a similar setup please help out, thanks!

If I remember the coupe Rays are a 33 offset, so you'd end up with either 28 or 23 obviously..Im running a 30 offset on a 20x8.5 on 245s with rears rolled, and occasionally my fronts rub on inclines and driveways.. so you might need to have the front fenders pulled. You might need to stretch a 225 or so in order to get the poke.. I don't know a lot about stretch and stance though..
