Finally finished my quad retrofit (56k no no)
so after long hours of working on this, from 4pm yesterday til 4am this morning, then again from 12-2 to complete this morning, it is finally done. I've been accumulating parts from The RetroFit Source (i'd like to thank matt for all the help) for a while in preparation to do this how i wanted it to come out. The parts list consists of
-(2) sets of morimoto mini D2s
-(4) E46 extended shrouds with centering rings
-DDM tuning 9003 hid kit (D2s adapter)
-(4) morimoto 35w 5k bulbs
-(2) 90mm CCFL halo rings
-(2) 2.5" clear projector lens

i foud a very easy way to grind out the amber on the turn signal, hole saw on a drill

new bulbs still adjusting just working on aligning at 3:45 am

my wife has my camera, so i had to take iphone pics for now, i'll take some night shots tonight.

this is one of those jobs, that i dont think any amount of money could make me wanna go through it again...i would say, in total (counting initial top retro), i spent about 40 hours on the entire thing. definitely not an easy job, to those of you that do this consistently, i give you props.
ill wait to your tired of it or part out
LOL im just going to black my housing for now and then work on the lights later on i have some big plans for my car within the next few months but will be top secret
but you did a awesome job on the lights man !!

+1 on never wanting to do it again. My retrofit (just one set of morimotos) took 18-20 hours and I wouldn't do it again unless I was being paid very nicely.

looks amazing good job.
