Body guys help!
I had my car painted at a local shop after some vandalism and a coworker backed into it. To me the quality of work is poor and the body shop will not do anything to help fix it. I have some questions if anybody on here works at a body shop and could answer some questions for me that would be great. Thanks guys.

I got my car back after 2 weeks of work theres orange peel in the paint dirt in the paint bubbling in the front bumper and i can see sand scratches and unfinished body work under the paint on the decklid. The body shop is avoiding the issue and refuses to realize these issues. I've done prep work professionally (on helicopters though) and understand the process and what they've done wrong. Main two questions are why are they telling me orange peel is not avoidable? and What steps do I take to have my car fixed properly?

Yes but insurance wont back me because I waited too long to get the repairs done (damage happened before winter i waited until after winter to have repairs done) also at the time of the incident I was not given the list of recommended shops to have repairs done at and now insurance has told me to have their assistance getting the issue resolved I would have had to use a recommended shop.
