get an alignment. they'll tell you exactly whats wrong. from the pictures it looks like the toe is off and that can be fixed during an alignment.

if your shock is blow, you'd feel how bouncy the car is. but it won't make the tire rotate out like that

You bought the car like this and don't know what's wrong with it? SMH...........

There's no telling what might be messed up, it could be a simple alignment or a complete replacement of all the rear driver side suspension parts and possible frame damage.

Don't buy anything yet til you identify what the cause is.

Can you pull the wheel off and snap some pics? Most importantly snap a pic of the toe rod at the rear.

i replaced the subframe and still the same im thinking maybe the spring bucket and maybe the spring is bad or from a different car because it dips down a little i took it to nissan and they said there not sure they said it could be subframe or car frame well i changed the subframe and im going back to the alignment shop tomorrow to check it again but this is my next question if i get a camber kit and toe arm kit wouldnt it fix the problem ?

Measure from fender(top of the arch) to the ground on both sides whats the measurement?

Did the alignment shop tell you it was the subframe?

What exactly are you identifying as the "subframe". You replaced the aluminum frame that the differential is bolted to? That's a pretty major part to swap out.
