hi, i am going to repaint my car(2003 g sedan). my car now is completely stock except that i have 18 inch couple rims on. my car is light silver(or desert platinum).

i am thinking of repainting the car with same color even the stock rear lip,sideskirts and front lip. But the roof and the grill i want them to be black.

i have been looking for a good deal 2005-06 g35 rear bumper, but no luck

i found a 2005 rear bumper for $300 shipped
the rear moldings(mudguards) $80
splash-guards $90
total rear bumper conversion will be about $500


if i just go with the 2003 rear bumper it only cost about $270


also i found to get a set of 2005-06 rear taillights for $250? should i get them?

i guess my questions are:
does it look good if i have a black roof, black grill, silver oem lips and sideskirts?
should i do the 2005 rear bumper conversion?
should i buy the 2005 tail lights?

$250 for 2005 tail lights is a good deal, you should get it.

For rear bumper conversion, it's up to you, you can go for it, or stay 2003 with Ionic rear lip; as long as you get it done right it'll turn out good either way. For painting side skirts and front lip, you might want to save up and get Nismo front and sides. They look/flow better with the rear anyway.

Black roof and grill on silver shouldn't look bad; if you're not sure just get roof overlay, you can remove it if you change your mind.

I'd go powder coat black or white color (flat black/white is it? Blabking on rxact tetm for color) if I were to repaint......might as well do something different If spending the $$$$$
