Are you sure that piece isn't removeable? If you look up the parts diagram on infinitipartsusa.com it looks to be a separate piece called the 'front spoiler factory installed' (part 18) for a ridiculous price of $250.

Ahh, I thought it was an OEM lip. Good luck with sale though!
