I'm new here, suggestions for my car?
 

So this is my first post here, I bought a 2003 G35 5AT Emerald Mist (Premium,Sport,Aero) w/ 90,000 miles about a month ago as my first car, and I'm loving it so far. It's pretty awesome to be a fellow g35 driver. :biggthumpup: The only problem I've encountered so far is the radio/ac issue, but it hasn't been acting up in the past 2 weeks.

Anyways, I'm looking for suggestions to help make my car even more awesome :cool:. I'm thinking of tinting the windows, maybe a new exhaust (bring out a bit of growl). I'm hoping to spend around 300-500$ on some smallish things, nothing too extreme. The roads around here (Northern VA) are too shitty and filled with traffic to justify big time upgrades.

19" coupe rays

lurk the classified section, you should have some good luck there.

Tint, springs, some 350 z18, coupe rays 18/19's, clears sides, debadge, etc... the list goes on :)

I would get Wheels 19" OEM Rays or similar.

Drop the Car.

Get a Tint.

Exhaust.

I would suggest read read read and look at pictures here and you will learn a lot.

Congratulations, you have one of the rarest colors for a G35. Coupe 18s or coupe 19s would look good.

The list goes on and is endless on what u can do.

Thanks for the replies everyone, I've certainly got a lot of learning to do, but it should be a fun experience.

Soon: Tint, clear corners, Debadge
Later: Coupe springs, 19" Rays

Haha we gained another emerald mist G. That color is hard to find.

Since you already know your have the radio/ac issue, I suggest upgrading the pos stock radio to something aftermarket. Winter is quickly approaching and knowing you will have full control of the defrost and climate controls is very well worth it IMO. Search around the Audio/Video section for ideas.

Congrats on the car! I actually just got in from JAPAN a rear NISMO lip in this color. Super rare color for the sedans.
