I was thinking to buy the g35 without the aero package and planned to use the gialla or the impalla kit instead. What do you guys think ?

I'm assuming you were tinkin about the aero kit..not the aero package...two different tings..

IMO..I think the gialla and impul is too much for me...I really like the nismo kit..thats the reason y I got...nice and simple..my 2 cents..

 

I've given this some thought as well. While I like the understated lines of the stock body kit, there's something very intriguing about the gialla and impul kits. Both would make the car look very exotic and unique - it would be a major head turner. It's just so expensive. If you've got the money, I say go for it - and be sure to post plenty of pics for us to drool over!!

It's not that expensive if you're considering the stock aero kit, which is about $2,400. So I suppose you could justify it by saying it's only $xxx more than $2,400.

Of course, I can't justify even that much for body trim pieces, so I've got the black border around the bottom of my G35. [img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img]

I have the gialla kit on order from japan.. 2months to get here.. (one month left) $2500 to get here.. not including around $1000 install.. they have to reinforce the rear bumper so it would survive in anything over a 5mph hit. this kit is alos for the skyline in japan.. so some little mods may have to be made to it..

yup..., that is exactly what i have in mind. The aero kit + spoiler are almost 3k which is actually almost the same with the Gialla kit + installation (a few hundred more ).
But the thing is, I don't really like both the Gialla and Impul kit. If I can choose, I will use Impala's front bumper and Gialla's rear bumper and maybe with the stock spoiler
Do you think I should stick with the stock aero kit + spoiler or just buy the G without the kit and wait for other kit (kaminari or veilside maybe?) ?

 

hmm I dunno.. I think it will take a while for companies to build kits for the G.. so it depends on hwo long you wanna wait..

The stock nismo kit looks awesome I think.. I just wanted somthing to stand out..

what color is your G? ive heard the nismo kit looks awesome in silver.. but just OK in black..
