Looks like the result of some drinking and driving, hit, panic, run. Not all those parts can be from your car. If that black thing is a light capsule it must be from the other car. Find out what kind of car it goes to. It might be a neighbor and they are sure to have some very noticeable damage. Hope you or the police find them.

 

That happened to me at my job about a month ago! $5100 in damage, went as a hit and run, and my body shop covered the deductible Some body shops will work with you and maybe you can get some aftermarket headlights out of the deal. Aftermarket is often cheaper than OEM. Hope its fixed soon.

 

man I would be like a CSI agent and put all the broken peices together in order to identiy what peices fell off the other car in order to figure out what hit my car. I do agree with the previous posts, at least it was only the fender but then again why was it only the fender and and not the rim? Looks like the back bumper of a black truck. Not too many trucks have painted rear bumpers though So I think I might actually be an SUV.

Hey man, if you need a hand with this and don't want to go through insurance let me know. If you want something temporary I have a driver side headlight and a green fender with a bent ear. I can give you a hand installing them too.

Ouch man. Thats brutal. I had something similar happen last year at this time. $5k worth of damage. Fortunately they guy left a note.

Id say youre looking at $3k-$5k in damage.

^ not everyone has access to a garage. I park on the sidewalk everyday with no issues (knock on wood) OP perfect chance to upgrade to a nismo bumper, strafe vented fenders and strafe black housing projector headlights. around 1000$ for all those goodies before paint

side question: Lets say you hit someone like that and leave a note ; your premium goes up a bit but you still are in the clear right? I mean the insurance company pays for your idiotic driving so why not leave a note? Just saying.

 

I don't understand why people feel like they can do this to someone else's expensive property and not own up to it. Unbelievable. I hope you figure out who did this and make them pony up the money.
