i'm just wondering if they made black housing headlights for the 05-06 sedans or am i forced to paint them myself? i think i'm gonna go with black housing headlights, black grille, and black roof. i like the amber turn signal in the headlight and it goes well with the amber turn signal on the bumper. i think the black housing headlights makes them stick out more. i've got an 05 IP sedan and would like to get some darker wheels and also black roof (how original, i know right, but that's the look i like) if i go with the black housing headlights and grille.

i was also wondering about the black grille. i know some people get it painted and some use some sort of covering. most of the coverings i've seen are that carbon fiber wrap stuff. it looks ok i guess but, i'd much rather have a glossy covering. could vinyl be used? if so, does anyone know how well it holds up? also, does it harm the paint underneath the covering? also, can it be easily removed without leaving any kinda residue behind? any input on this or the headlights is appreciated.

 

Nah, unfortunately not...the 05-06 headlights are stupid expensive too

 

Nope they dont sell headlights with.black housing youd have to open em yourself and paint em gloss black or take em to a shop that professionally does em like i did.. and same for grille paint it as well looks better gloss black

 

Paint them yourself gloss black inside and gloss black paint on the grille. And do thr grille emblem white but thr inside of thr emblem remaining black

 

i dunno if i wanna paint them a gloss black or a semigloss black. i'm also gonna paint the grille as well but i'm gonna leave the emblem chrome. probably gonna order the black roof cover from blue batmobile. just alittle worried about the install. don't wanna have any bubbles or anything in it.
