I just got some coupe Oem 18's. went on craigslist and found a a guy selling some runway Enduro tires. he said he give me all 4 for 300 bucks brand new. i did some research on this tire. Haven't found much about them besides their made in china. prob not the best tire but its only 300 bucks and i'm eager to get them on the car. Has anyone had any experience with them??

 

Pics? I ask because I'm wondering if the spelling is right. Runway Enduro on ebay brings up very small size tires with white walls. Doesn't seem right. Nankang and Federal are some of the more common no name cheap brands and they're $100 each, so $300 for 4 el cheap-o's isn't bad.

runway-tires.com was registered in 2008 so they may have been around in the US for about 3 years. The website is terrible though, absolutely no information on their products what so ever. Cheap brands may be cheap, but they typically still have websites with product information. Parent company appears to be http://www.giti.com/en/, but their site only lists the tire brand with no additional info.

Are they correct 245/45/18 size?

 

no i don't have pics. No white wall though lol. Yeah i looked at their site also. no info what so ever. i read some forms that popped up. from what i understand their noisy and made in china. I think i'm gonna wait in go with some better tires. i'm just very eager to get theses wheels on!
They were 245/40/18 though.

 

Don't waste your money on super cheap tires. I've run the Federals for a bit on the G and while their tread design looked cool, they were super heavy and had crap for traction. Good tires might be the single most important part on your car for safety reasons.

 

Don't skimp on tires or brakes. You'll live longer.

 

If there the enduro 916 don't waste yout money on those, i had them on my car and they have 3 weaknesses
1 Lots of road noise
2 there heavy(bad for fuel economy)
3 weak sidewalls

don't buy those
