offset question

So i'm planning on buying wheels for my car but offset has me confused.
I'm lowered on coupe tanabe df210s and i wanna get xxr 521 20".
will i have to do any modifying to make these fit my car? and what tire size should i get with a decent stretch.

these are the wheels.

With the offsets you'll have no problem fitting them on your car without modifications since your only on springs, I would advice against them though bcuz of how high of offsets they are

What type of look are you trying to go with with your wheels?

Your going to need at least 20mm spacers all around to be sortaflush but then you'll have to roll your fenders also
