This is why I love this forum .... we all have our opinions and each one of our cars are a unique mixture of mods. For instance, I like the 03/04 tail lights the best, but alot of forum members prefer the 05/06 tail lights. I really, really wanted a poly bumper and the Kurookie, Inven were not available, so I chose to stick with the Nismo replica. I personally would demolish a fiberglass bumper. :0

Good Point!!

Well said. The 03 Tails are really growing on me. I'm actually goin to try just the inner light swap and see how that feels before I put the .5 style on

And I too need a Poly bumper (Canada, and running in winter),makes my choices even smaller

After perousing around on MYg37.com, I"m actually starting to reconsider modding the 1st gen at all, rather, saving my pennies to get a 2nd gen. That's way OT though.

I feel the same about the tails lol. First "upgrade" I made was to swap to the 05 tails cause it's one of the things that always drew me to these cars. Now I see stock 03/04's running around town and I'm seriously thinking of swapping back. Thankfully I never sold the stock ones.....i guess this is what modding is truly about. Few, if any of use actually reach the goal of modding our cars the way we like and then STOPPING, never seems to happen. There's always one more thing.

It's a journey not a destination.

Beebo .... lol, I thought the same thing about the ARC cooler. I know that you are a long time member and went to your g35 driver garage and saw all of the mods that you have done. Can you post some pictures of your ride in this thread for motivation.

Thanks for the kind words but i cant take credit for the mods since i already bought the car like it is. Aaron aka G SEDAN is the guy who did a great job modifying the sedan.

It would be cool if you painted the ducts black like this.

I am not a fan of 05/06 Strafe Nismo. But OEM Nismo FTW! I also like the KuRookie. But it looks much better on the 05/06 than the 03/04. Dont ask me why. Seems to flow better.

lol ..... good catch.... I have the 03 Strafe .... I am very happy with the overall experience. Fast Shipping, Quality Product (ie: Good fitment), In my opinion a reasonable price and a huge upgrade from stock.

G sedan stock .27
Nismo G sedan with aero kit is .26
'05/06 G sedan with aero kit is .26 (Lip, hood, diffusers & spoiler); I read somewhere that the redesigned hood helped channel air better to the rear spoiler. There is a reason the Nismo wasnt intruduced for the '05/'06 models, I have to look for that info.

^If that info's true than who really cares about the "AERO" qualities in play. It's obviously more for appearance and sales. Besides that point, does anyone one here really pay any attention to COF?

Nah. Those who care are few and far between.
